I remember seeing these guys on my trip there! I went up to them, and in my horrible spanish, I told them "i play marimba in the United States at a University." They handed me the mallets and I said "haha no, I would change the mood with what I play." They seemed so organic and grasroots compared to what we study in classical music classes. It was refreshing, and inspiring. That restaurant was awesome. Best margaritas IN THE WORLD! Cozumel, I miss you....
