بالنسبية لبكرا شو؟ فيلم الحملة المدنية للاصلاح لبنان

الحملة المدنية للاصلاح الانتخابي تقدم فيلما عن النسبية والية تطبيقها في لبنان بالاضافة الى الاصلاحات التي تنادي بها وتسعى لادخالها الى قانون الانتخابات النيابية اللبناني، من ضمن هذه الاصلاحات خفض سن الاقتراع والترشح، اقتراع غير المقيمين، الكوتا النسائية، البطاقات المطبوعة سلفا، و الهيئة المستقلة.
Civil Campaign for Electoral Reforms film is about proportional system and the way it can be practiced in Lebanon. It also implies information about Women Quota, Lowering Voting Age, Expatriate Voting, Pre-printed Ballots, and Independent Electoral Commission.

could someone answer my question: based on what I know, it is not the whole list that makes it. I have always seen one or two candidates, making it through the list , in arabic يخرق اللائحة. If this is true, then it is not how this video explains because for a certain sectarian seat, the person with the highest number of votes makes it.

@steganographer نعم ممكن ان تحصل ولكن بحالات قليلة جداً وتحصل عندما يتم شطب اسم اخد اعضاء اللائحة أ ووضع مكانه اسم احد المرشحين من اللائحة ب ولكن هذه الحالة لا تحصل كثيراً في لبنان لاننا متعودين على ثقافة اختيار اللائحة كاملة بدون تعديلات لذلك يتبنى هذا الفيلم مقولة ان الىئحة التي تأخذ 51% تحصل على جميع المقاعد

Alone it will solve one problem and creates many. One of MANY problems is that in a country like Lebanon and if you apply with a sectarian spice as noted in the Video, it will be almost impossible to form a government based on current regulations.

This law has to work in parallel with other regulations or else it will be another smoke bomb that will only make the situation worse.

In anyways, not sure if anyone listens so let the chaos roll. Its not like what is currently available is heaven.

Well done! Friendly suggestion: upload the same video under an English title, something like "Lebanese Elections Explained" it will be easier to find on Google and your message will spread quicker

Military are not allowed to vote!!!! btw in lebanon if your representatives screw you , you vote for the same ones again , lol , and the female quota thing is simply stupid for so many reasons
