I totally agree. Yes he is funny but I think you nailed it when you said the judges didn't have the heart to tell him he lost. In my personal opinion Gabriel Iglesias should have won. However as Gabriel says he got picked up by Comedy Central so I guess the proof is in the pudding as to who is the better comedian.

He is undoubtedly funny, but I don't think he is the funniest. Having cerebral palsy was probably the only reason he won the title of Last Comic Standing. I don't think the judges had the heart to tell a disabled guy that he lost... especially since he's already lost so much. In my opinion, it was a pity win.

seriously? no. good for him for getting on a stage and doing what he loves despite having a disability. he's forcing people to pay attention and learn about something they probably had no idea about through his comedy.Just because he doesn't have an itellectual disability doesn't mean it isn't hard to get up on a stage and on tv with thousands of people watching and judging. I can't even believe someone is sitting here giving people sh*t for being supportive of a person with a disability.
