The second, more complete Nashua trip video. This one shows the start of my trip to the UCAP (Uncontrolled Airspace Podcast) meet-up at Nashua, NH in November of 2009. My friend John Wellington [ http://www.youtube.com/user/JHWellington1 ] offered to pick me up in his plane (a Trinidad) at Norwood and fly a few of us up to Nashua's Boire Field (KASH) to have brunch with Jack Hodgson, Scofreyjet and listeners of the podcast. This specific video shows our departure from Norwood on runway 28. It then transitions to the arrival at Nashua, which took a little longer than expected. As you will see, we were forced to initially do S turns and ultimately a 360 for spacing. I was riding in the right seat for this leg of the trip, and you'll hear the voice of Michelle Judice riding in back seat. Because I wasn't PIC on this trip, I was able to pull out a few more video bells and whistles, namely an extra camera. So there are three HD cameras in use on this flight along with ATC audio. Truth in advertising, the short final portion of the video is actually from a second landing we did later that morning because a camera memory problem caused us to not capture the final moments of the original landing. The spirit of the video however is true to our original approach and in both cases, a great job during approach and landing by Mr. Wellington, and of course you get a great sense of what it's like to ride in the Trinidad. An additional video from this day (the return to OWD) is available in my videos list by selecting see all to the right.
I love kash...have done a lot of training out of there...great, laid back aviation community with an awesome tarmac to boot...everything from an old privately owned dc-3 to a cirrus repair shop to a tomahawk that stays precariously and depressingly buried under 5 feet of snow all winter

@manifestgtr Thanks for watching and for writing. It is a very nice small field. A good aviation community.

@S9297AircraftReviews The notes explain a lot about the flight, but I many not have mentioned that this was a Socata Trinidad.
