Commodities have intervened in human life that estranges man from relations with
other human beings. As an estranged being existing among material constructions
and the machine like other human beings the man lives in an imagined relation
with his alarmed clock, a mock-up of a mobile phone. The sound of the clock
becomes the only sense of hearing that carries his day to another day, a hope. The
problem of man's relation to the very environment that technology and market has
created becomes the central theme of this work
