Chris Matthews Compares James Crowley To Susan Boyle

Immediately after Sergeant James Crowley gives a press conference on the heels of participating in President Obama's "beer summit" with Professor Henry Louis Gates, "Hardball" host Chris Matthews calls it "remarkable."

"I have watched politicians for about 40 years now," Matthews says. "He's better than most of them."

Politico's Roger Simon says, "Wow!"

And Mark Whitaker hints he could have a future in politics. "I think we've seen that a star is born," Whitaker said.

"I have to tell you -- I feel like we're watching Britain's Got Talent," Matthews adds. "We've got our Susan Boyle here."
