I just completed week 9 of 12 of my gluten free weight loss diet, down 2lbs to 197.5(started at 220). Overall, a good and normal week. Good amount of cardio and stuck to the diet, with the exception of a cheat meal on weekend. Started using an all natural thermogenic, fat burner, Fyre from Syntrax.

  • 2.5 pounds in 9 weeks? This shows that going gluten free should never be considered as a *weight loss* diet, it seems you've been relying on that way too much. Eating gluten free is a healing process and nothing more.

    That fat burner will only trigger other problems and dependance, the real solution is cut the carbs, beer/alcohol , and hit the gym 4 times a week. Good luck

  • @Kaede069 That was 2.5lbs that week. Eating gluten free is not a weight loss diet. I was showing my progress losing weight, while eating gluten free. Fyre was a thermogenic that a company called Syntrax wanted me to try since they offer gluten free products. BTW, I lost 30lbs in 12 weeks.

  • @Switch2GlutenFree I eat brown rice beans, and coconut oil, those are my Healthy carbs. Instead of Bread!

  • @Switch2GlutenFree Gluten and Dairy are the Killers! its Poison!
