"Wildflower" by Sarah Jones (Original)

Hey guys! This is a song called "Wildflower" that I wrote last summer (June 2010). I decided to do something different this time and let yall hear a recorded version of one of my songs. This is not professional at all; as you can tell I recorded this in my bedroom with the little recorder you saw at the beginning. Basically what I do is play the main guitar part all the way through, then sing the song all the way through. After that, I record extra guitar parts and harmonies. I really liked the way this song turned out so I thought I'd share it in this form, rather than recording a video with just me and my guitar! I added some pictures for you all to see that my best friend Ali took (she's the girl in the pictures with me in the beginning). I hope you guys like it -- let me know what you think! :)

Sarah you're a song-writing genius! Seriously! There are some amazing singers out there who cannot write songs, but your songs really tell a story! The words just fit together perfectly. So good so good :) This is definitely my third time watching this..no big deal. hahaha. Do more like these for your originals! And please, please professionally record this song, because I'd be the first to buy it.

Whoa! This is your best song Sarah! This one could definitely be your first big hit. It's easly as good and better than what I hear out there today. You have that beautiful innocence of a Taylor Swift but this song is more matured well written than hers are. The lyrics alone are so beautiful and poetic,better than anything I came up with. :) Baring your soul with great storytelling. Love the music too,so pleasant,sweet,so are your vocals. You're improving by leaps and bounds sweetheart! :)))
