  • well Judge Milyan is 100% correct in her decision...despite the fact i believe the plaintiffs were sold inferior and defective merchandise, the merchant still gets 1 shot to repair and/or replace before giving a refund. And we ALL know the REAL reason why u didn't state your company's name on TV....it's because you didn't want to have the whole country knowing you sell crap furniture, that's why!

  • @Barderella Oh wow, you told me! Took me to school with your internet-logic and exclamation point. (snorts)

  • The chairs keep breaking because it is cheap ugly crappy furniture. She should get her money back and buy from another store and check it out more thoroughly.

  • @TheSkylur44 The customer's allowed to make her own decisions, calling what she chose "ugly" is just rude to her and her decision making.

  • @kahlos76 Tough shit. That is my opinion. If the owner is so delicate about her furniture choices she should never have gone on national TV. Case closed. And it is God awful crap, even garbage men would refuse to haul it away brand new.

  • @TheSkylur44 Well, ok, if you insist on calling her that, I won't stop you. >:D (chuckles)

  • One word...

    LOCKTIGHT

  • The Judge is very well in fair and indeed.

  • I'm sorry, it's just how I am, but...I always feel bad for the plaintiff when they lose since they're the ones whom took it this far. Whether they're lying, exaggerating, or whatever, I just can't help but feel bad for them when they lose.

I have to give credit to judges. I just could NEVER do what they do.

  • so she gets new furniture, has the same problem, and gets her money back.

  • watching that was like watching a dream sequence...not that i am complaining, i mean thanks so much for posting it! i just thought i'd mention....

  • "Spring washer" problem solved.

  • @rxqueen923 Haha yes!!! I thought that same thing!!

  • @rxqueen923 I had walked out of the room and that was the comment I came back to. Maybe that's what was wrong with the chair!

  • I think they found a better deal, and they damage the furniture on purpose.

So they could get their money back! If he offered to replace it, or store credit and they said no, then something up?

  • @rxqueen923 LOL!!!! I know after watching this he's like, oh my I better chose my words wisely?

  • OMG! That's ugly furniture!

  • I love the hallway guy!

  • @rxqueen923 I was about the make the same joke, but you beat me to it...

  • U didn't talked at all! Nice!

  • i find the judge a little too unsure when she talks, she doesn`t have the confidence judge judy has.

she seems to make it up as she goes along and it shows.

  • @cadetleader Wasn't my decision to make.

  • Just wondering...if you felt so sure about your defense why did you not disclose your business name? Seems like free advertising to me.
