I grew up in a small town called Valois - it's a small village in a Montreal, Quebec suburb. I have so many good memories from my childhood! "Years Of My Youth" is full of that nostalgia, written with those memories in mind....

How neat! My grandmother lived in one of the apartment buildings on the west side of Coolbreeze, not too far from Donegani...I think it was 66 Coolbreeze. Thanks for taking the time to comment...where did you see my video posted? :)

I also grew up in Valois on Little Rock Ave. This sure brought back lots of memories, especially the snow forts. We always had the best forts in the neighbourhood! Had a climbing tree in the back yard, and fireflies in the summer. Thank you for bringing it all back for me! Cari

My first daughter grew up in Valois, and we lived on Coolbreeze until her sister came along. Then we moved to another beautiful Pointe-Claire street, Bayview. Being big walkers we always returned to Valois to enjoy the tree lined streets, and beautiful Terra-Cotta park. Nice memories to go with a beautiful song. Even now that I have moved further away, I still return to walk and remember those earlier years.Namaste
