Amy... You are a very strong woman, I admire you. I have problems with muscle spasms as well, but not nearly to the extent that you do. I currently take zanaflex. My muscle spasms are from a herniated disc that possibly damaged my spinal cord. I had a cervical fusion, but the spasms never really left. Good luck to you, I wish you the best. I just wonder about one thing, what was ypur first symptons of dystonia?? Did it start suddenly or gardualy?

Thank you Amy for sharing with us. This heat I agree is horrible. I'm looking forward to cooler wheather myself. I just wanted to say not everyone can look good with short hair but you look good with it. I know not your choice, but you wear it well. ;) You are an inspiration Amy, don't forget that...
