  • If im using your drop shadow technique and plan to have the car main color be metallic silver. Would i need to paint over the drop shadow with another color before the silver or will the black alone be ok?

  • @wttiger42

--Depending on the effect you want, black will be fine. If i have for example blue hi-lites on the body, i wouls sometimes use a transparent blue on top of the black then back it with silver. Either way, experiment with them and see what kinda results you get.

  • what kind of paint are you using? or which will you suggest for best use?

  • @popitn2nd

--Faskolor and Spazstix are my paint of choice.

  • @coreyfro

Plain Krylon acrylic clear works. Rustoleum works as well.

  • @WorksopGimp

--Mostly transparent, although you can use any kind of paint.
