You sure could make one, and mess with all the settings of the mask and the blur and get it just like I did by simply clicking a button for the preset. You get what you pay for, and I paid for convenience and speed.
I just click one button for that effect.

to me it looks like a waste of money you could easily get the same look by creating a negatie mask with a soft gaussian blur

Because it is. The plugin program is called proDAD Vitascene. The effect is called "zoom blur". I don't know of anyone else that has bought this product. Most of the kid editors just hack software. I paid for that effect.

zoom blur effect... nobody else has it. I'm special. It's from a 3'rd party plug in I bought for Vegas.

I don't like stretched videos either, I just thought u were capturing it on widescreen and render'd it wrong. Oh well, it's still better than your HD one I think.

The second and third kill in the showdown deagle clip is the same person. I shot him, he spawned on the stairs, and I shot him again (Spawn Raped). I'm gonna have to figure out a way to make that obvious to people in the final edit. That's the only reason that clip is gonna be in the montage, otherwise it's nothing special.
