The witnesses on Panel II will be: Ms. Joan Carty, President and CEO of the Housing Development Fund in Bridgeport, CT; Ms. Mary Coffin, Head of Mortgage Servicing, Wells Fargo; Mr. Allen Jones, Default Management Executive, Bank of America Home Loans; and Ms. Diane E.
