So sad. That man needed serious help. Just because he may have been intoxicated does not mean he is not in danger. If he had been hit by car and stumbling away from the scene, you wouldn't react so lightly and think of it as funny. I hope someone got him some help.

Hahaa many times I've been excesively drunk, just never really end up doing shit like this guy....normally I just pass out because I am a terrible drinker!
