Part of a Living Rosary Pilgrimage to four Southern California Churches on October 10, 2009. Shown here is the mass at Nativity Catholic Church in Torrance Calif, the third parish in the series. A prayer and intention is done for each bead of the Rosary by a child in their native language, mostly English. The Sorrowful Mystery was done at Nativity, three other mysteries were done at the other parishes. This is followed by the Divine Mercy prayer, and an interview with Fr Charles Carpenter the presiding priest.
A Living Rosary Pilgrimage looks like a great way to pray the rosary in a group setting using parish youth to lead the way. Maybe someday every Catholic Church will participate? It's also a wonderful way to help celebrate Our Lady's month of October. Keep up the good work, Nativity Catholic Church!
