and i thank youtube for wonderful videos it is due to youtube, i have lost lot's of weight, i weighed all most 89kg post pregancy and i am 64 now.

Great Job, this one is actually pretty easy for me to do.

the way she's doing it and the way I do it, I keep it straight. But if your knee if hurting you, then take it easy, you may bend your knee. :)

This pose always hurts the knee that I am bending over; I feel like I'm hyper-extending it. Is it supposed to be completely straight or have a little bend in it? Thanks :)
