Emancipator made a terrific instrumental and I had to lay some lyrics down on it. This is also paying homage to Mac Lethal's and Sadistik's version.

Lyrics:
Each night I gained a little more sense
Hours went by and I was tortured by my remorse's
My bones couldn't take any more sore fists
But I couldn't muster up any endorphins
Each day I lost a little piece of me
And it was easily seen I couldn't take kids beating me
Introverted, but with art I found ways to word it
And figured out it was the way that I preferred it
Each week felt like a month
Then fatigue set in, and eyes bothered by the sun
Growing grey hair even though I'm too young
I was taught to cover up my messes so you couldn't see none
Each truth turned into a brittle flake
Easily misleading until it turned into crippled state
A little late to finally walk through purgatory
The innocence was lost after I heard the story
String up some puppets, make them feel free
Watch when I'm alone and you'll see the real me
Hard to find dependability without control
But I'd like to see "you can find a friend in me" without a toll
Looking through bible pages and find some faith in
Something I can't, thoughts, unable to restrain them
And maybe find peace so I can stop complaining
But through every single path, I'm still at the same end
I might've forgot to say my amens
But I'm a good person, Can God and me stay friends?
I can't wait anymore, I've lost patience
Why do we as humans find it hard to make amends?
Actions are strong but they're asking where the words went
Like a fork in the road, they're looking for convergence
It becomes hard to see when the blizzards blow
Maybe its a sign like when you see the first snow
(x3)
Talk is only half cheap
How many words can you hide under some mouth cheeks
Count them, try to do it all without some movement
And maybe find love and figure out where the truth went...
(x1)
How'd you ever doubt me
How many words can you hide under some mouth cheeks
Count them, try to do it all without some movement
And find love... instead of lust
Here I am, sitting waiting underneath the stars
And through the clouds I'm able to see how bleak they are
The temperature dropped, the weather has stopped
No more wind I swear that not even a feather could drop
Gravity's gone and I'm feeling like an optimist
'Cause I think I finally met a girl that tops the list
Nah, I'm getting too ahead of myself
And it was Aristotle that said it himself 'cause you need to,
Find the median but not arithmetically
Just find the balance when its all finished editing
Life can be upsetting and the unexpected drills us
But maybe its a sign we were all meant to sing
But if your voice is anything like mine,
You'll find its hard to open your mouth at the right time
It's why I write rhymes
Nothing soothes the soul like a brush stoke or a pencil inbetween the lines
Every evening I felt so alone
I needed someone to talk to, even if it was a clone
Individuality was meaningless
So much, it was at the bottom of my cleaning list
Every sunrise I felt so alive
I saw the beauty in the sky, no scrutiny and lies
There was never a sense of emptiness
I found the world in my hands and time left me this
Sense of hope to not condense my throat
Uncertainty kept my life on a suspense note
But my tears flow from the letters she wrote
My body turns numb I need something better than this coat
In twenty years I hope to find myself
'Cause I've spent eighteen trying to define myself
But I now know its not about the definition
Even metaphors can't feel intuition
where could i download your music man?

I didn't know what to expect when I noticed this in the video responses of the original. Further to that, I certainly don't know anything about rap music. All I can say is: Well played, sir. Excellent job.
