These two men should never have been incarcerated. These men were doing the job hired for. Why would these men be arrested and illegals, gang members and drug dealers NOT???? Worthless Bush should have stepped in and stopped this. Those men suffered for NO reason.

They were not pardoned. They deserve a pardon and I don't see that coming from the new president.
As for a jury of peers, how a trial goes can be steered by picking the jury.

Good. Happy to see these 2 pardoned, they were simply protecting this country. I dont know what took President Bush so long but he at leaste came around. Obama would have done nothing for them.
