Can you tell me what code you used to make the vl1000 see/control the channelmaster?

@kenhendrick My Channel Master is set to the HH1 setting and it recommends using the code for a Pioneer Cable Box. The codes that came with the Sony remote showed two codes for a Pioneer Box - 9014 and 9015. I use 9014 and it works fine. Hope it works for you.

@kary1982v6 I needed a little counter weight to keep the panel from drifting after the motor stops. I used what was handy. I have since made it a little prettier using chain and turnbuckles.
