Flag Day - June 14th

This is a tribute to the Star Spangled Banner! I have always had a sentimental attachment to our Flag, and while there are those who argue that the Flag is just a piece of cloth, it has a very special meaning for me.

Our Flag has represented our Country proudly over the last 236 years, and our troops wear it on their shoulders as they go into harm's way on our behalf. John Philip Sousa wrote this piece as a tribute to our Flag, and even after decades and decades it still moves the imagination and the emotions of the American people. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
