@mostwanted6111 Three years will happen sooner than you think. There is a jump center in Lodi (a little South of Sacramento) that will let you tandem for just $100, but I suggest trying to save or raise $1000 so you can do your whole certification training in a day. Maybe say you are raising money for your senior project, which will be on how to become a sky diver. You could write a paper about history and evolution of skydiving, aerodynamics of different parachutes...

@TheEvOrAf I don't think you could possibly be more scared than i was during my first skydive. 95% of your brain is screaming at you to not do it. You have to listen to the 5% that is rational and knows you're going to be alright.

I'm turning 18 next year and I really want to skydive I'm actually thinking about getting a skidiving license any suggestions? also I'm very nervous and scared how can I overcome the fear?
