@welshfluteplayer Dude US soldiers fight For money But iran soldiers fight for the country thts what brings victory for us ! in Iraq war we were alone against 5 countrys and we kicked theyr asses with some used,broken old weapons and 15year to 70 year ppl with no millitary training or exp ! USA has no chance in iran these days !

The unemployment is far worse now then undr the shah. 35% OF THE 83 MILLION PEOPLE COUNTRY IS UNEMPLOYED ACCORDING TO THE REGIME ITSELF. Atleast under theshah iran was developing. plus it was the shah who buikt bell overhaul facttories where we reverse engineer the AH-1 cobras and irans spac/aviation industry

@Zartan1357 Ok lets hope they spend their energy in study, working and making their family and society prosperice and happy in stead of spending energy in hatred against the west and the jews. Like they better start learning from the qualities from jews in stead of hating them and wasting their lives in mysery.

@koertje Iranian Revolution didn't happen just because of religion. It happened because unemployment was very high during the last days of The Shah. Even college graduates couldn't find jobs.
The same can be said about the recent unrest in the Middle East. Notice not a single suicide bomb went off in the protests. What Al-Queda tried to do for 30 years to overthrow Mubarak with violence, middle-class Egyptians armed with cell phones did it in 1 month.

@koertje The Iranians make several copies of weapon designs from American origin. Remember, The Shah was a pro-American regime before the 1979 revolution. The Iranians right now have a big military industry of their own, unlike the Arabs.
