I've had one negative customer service experience from Apple...I'm sorry you've had this experience, but I guarantee you, your case was unique. I've been using Apple products for about 20 years now, and I've needed to work with "corporate customer relations" a few times, but overwhelmingly, my experiences have been top-notch. Either way, I hope you get your issue resolved!

I have a friend that had an iphone and it was stolen. He called Apple and they gave her the same runaround about that they cant reveal the information of who has it because of her protection. She looked up and found that she had mobileme, so she tracked it down to a ghetto. She got raped by a gang, but they gave her the iphone back. She wants to blame Apple for it. They shouldnt have left the information at her fingertips
