Some not so good news. Emmy Award-winning writer David Kreizman will join current Headwriter Jean Passanante, forming a new headwriting team for CBS As The World Turns, effective immediately. It was announced today by Christopher Goutman, the shows Executive Producer. Kreizman was a member of the Guiding Light head writing team through the end of its run, and was named by may who should know as being an accomplice in GLs downfall and cancellation. Is there anyone who thinks this is good news for ATWT?
Although the full list of presenters has not yet been released, Emmy Producer Jim Romanovich has teased that a couple confirmed to present are Van Hansis (Luke Snyder) and Jake Silbermann (Noah Mayer).
European fans are about to get something rare a fan event featuring some of their favorite characters. Luke and Noah (Jake Silbermann and Van Hansis) will be having their first fan event in Europe this fall. The ATWT stars will be traveling to Paris on October 17, 2009 to meet with fans from all over the continent. Proceeds from this event will go to benefit the European Region of the International Lesbian and Gay Association, a group that works for human rights and equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people at the European level.

Lynn Herring (Lucy Coe) is returning to soaps, but this time, she will be coming to Oakdale. It has just been announced that the veteran actress has been cast as Audrey, the money-grubbing mother of Henry.

Luke and Noah get their signals crossed
Luke and Noah go for a night on the town. At Metro, Luke and Noah watch while Mason is dumped by his boyfriend. Luke is disturbed to realize he is much like Mason's rich, spoiled ex-boyfriend. Lamenting his broken relationship, Mason encourages Luke and Noah to always fight for one another. Luke and Noah make a vow to always work through their problems together. Noah is upset when Luke suddenly announces he's taken a job at Grimaldi Shipping. Noah grouses to Mason that Luke left him out of an important decision making process. Mason tells Noah he should be more supportive and less judgmental of Luke. Luke and Noah patch things up.
