Kurzweil's high frequencies are the best. sounds like valve gain distortion.

Pretty similar but I still think that kurzweil kicked Korgs a*s although I'm a Korg Triton user and I don't have any kurz equipment...

@Tracksider216 That's right man!
Trinity is great!

I think the Korg sounds mellower, but the Kurz program could be tweaked to make it sound mellower too.
BTW, I own a Kurz K2500RS, K2600RS, PC2R/O and a Yamaha FS1R and I also use v-synths in Cakewalk Sonar Producer. Each instrument has its strong points.

im aware of that. i was only expressing my opinion though. since i play both guitar along with keyboard, i prefer a guitar sounding lead over a synth.
-
@Tracksider216 moot point, since it's a synth lead, and isn't really meant to sound like a guitar...
-
@thiagotecnico that's the VAST engine at work there.

fuck guitars! j/k :D
-
i prefer the korg, because it sounds most like a guitar

the kurzweil lead is not completely build at the level of jordan's LTE lead
Where in the Edit mode you can configure that if you strike chord it will actually sound like a chord. Many of these leads i have on my Kurz are just monophone, two or more keys - one note? Please help!
