  • i guess you didn't read the early catch on the core versus threads

  • if I buy a i7 processor computer , Can I install Windows Xp pro on it. would the i7 hard drives be compatible with XP professional ?. I really like XP professional a lot. help/ give me full scenarios,

  • @camboy1132 , I will say first that I am far from qualified to give full scenarios. What I will say though is that in have done quite a few systems but ended up buying a bunch of real macs and a bunch of regular pc parts for hobby sake. I would strongly suggest googling for scenarios. I will video and post at least 1 full scenario within the next week or so. I will also update my personal web page with EVERYTHING and will post the address.

  • Five stars for mandriva!

  • It's so cool and rare to have picked an o.s. so many years ago and to see that it was, and is, so worth it. I never assemble or buy a machine without parting the drive for Mandriva.

  • @lucatechxx Each of the four cores can process up to two threads simultaneously, so the processor appears to the OS as eight CPUs. its good tech and the new i9 should be coming out soon and that looks impressive !
