I had surgery on both knees on November 6th. The left knee was an arthroscopic partial removal of my lateral meniscus. The Right knee was a repair of my patella tendon. The original schedule was going to have me out for 6 months. After the surgery, my surgeon suggested an aggressive rehab that could have me back in 4 months. I'm optimistic right now that I will be back even earlier than that, but the biggest step in any knee rehabilitation program is becoming FTH (Faster than Helen). This is my first test to see if I have become FTH yet.

On your left knee..how much was of your meniscus removed?

Hope the rehab is going well. Just checking in on our mentor! lol! I know you are FT Us because us "greenies" can't seem to complete a course yet without intermitent zoomies!!! LOL! Seriously Jeff, get well soon!

Jef, you have eclipsed a benchmark few (including myself) felt you were capable of; you amble where others merely limp. Your athletic abilities shine through in this clip, you truly are FTH. You can walk with your head a little higher today, you deserve it my friend. This truly is an accomplishment for the ages, one great historians will look back on as a turning point for all. Time now for you to discard those concrete boots and aim for that elusive 7:00 second barrier!
