If a brother or sister sins, go and point out the fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. But if they will not listen, take one or two others along, so that “every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
Most and the oldest greek textes say "... if a brother sins" - this much more general that Jesus can chenge us through our brothers and sisters. It describes the way as Galatiens 6, 1 and Romans 15 also does. Important !

Not many actually do what Matthew 18:21-22 and Exodus 23:1-9 that would ensure people would never be enemies even if they will never be friends especially by employers and employees, but mainly the Human Resources of most businesses.

If only it happened like that in real life, everyone shakes hands and become best of friends. What happens to restoration to justice? compensation for medical costs ? brain injury? and punishment of wrongs?
