STUDY AID MP3 (ISO-TONE OR BINAURAL) : http://www.binauralbrainwave.net/studyaid2.htm
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A one hour long study-aid to help you retain large chunks of material.

The high theta waves peak every 6 mins or so to prevent you from drifting off.

The bilateral waves are designed to stimulate both hemispheres.

Do NOT listen if you're epileptic

  • Should you listen to this before, after, or during studying?

  • @awalker41 during

  • When I was reading about this stuff I read that alpha waves are used to relax and cause drowsiness and theta waves produce dreams, deep meditation & REM Sleep. Why are these two waves used for studying instead of beta/gamma waves?

  • @Thenajinater

Theta waves are shown to help with memory/information retention. To compensate for the potential sleepiness, I added Alpha peaks every 6 mins...but in another video I used peaks at Beta instead (Study Aid 2). Most people work better with alpha / theta, but for those who want full blown Gamma, go to my channel and browse/search for it.
