I need to train still (karate), I injured my ribs on both sides taking about 10 kicks.
I can take deep breaths but it hurts plus there is nothing our hospitals can do anyway.
could the cartlidge between ribs be ruptured and will training make things worse?
I cant take painkillers either!....bah.
