Thank you. I have been in the real estate industry for 10 years- there have been & are currently lenders who are SCUM (Countrywide, Town & Country Credit, etc.) Not to mention there were a multitude of reasons for the housing crisis, shits not about Greenspan

Correct, and he was mad when he complained about the answer and then Greenspan answered it. It seems like he was trying to pin him in a corner. People seem to be treating Greenspan as if he was a psychic. He didn't create fannie and freddie, and refuse to regulate them in 2005 when EVERYONE was saying they were a VERY HIGH SYSTEMATIC RISK.
