I remember my local autism support group was giving out laptops to autistic people years back and I got a targa exactly like this one. Wasn't fast, but it was on the Internet (once I figured out peak and offpeak phone times) I would wait until 9pm at night, ring up the ISP and go dialing. It wasn't till several letters later they figured out it was me only wanting to save some money.

linux -> comand promt
dos -> comand promt
both where young and stable as a rock

@etaxalo In 1990, Windows (then a GUI shell on top of DOS) was already at version 3, and Linux didn't exist.
Neither, therefore, were particularly stable.
