Commercial Window Shield installs hurricane/windstorm fragment retention window film that prevents glass from shattering inward during extreme winds and also acts as a barrier to heavy hurricane rain and flying debris. In this test, 2x4 missiles are fired from different ranges and angles striking a pane of 3/16" tempered glass covered in 8 mil clear window film. Though the glass breaks, the glazing remains structurally intact, preventing the glass from becoming airborne.

*Tests conducted in compliance with Miami-Dade protocols.
