Paying higher taxes is PATRIOTIC to Biden! Sorry but he's not a patriot by bankrupting our grandchildren, excluding American exceptionalism, while he and the liberal elites to live in the "UN-PATRIOTIC STATES" and snides everyone who lives in flyover country.

Of course it sounds good to most people. Most of us havent achieved what we've wanted so why not just count on the state to provide things for us. Thats why, if the democrats werent complete idiots, theyd win every election. I dont make a lot of money but id rather count on myself to provide for me and my family than the state extorting those who have achieved the success i desire.

To be fair, it's very likely that McCain wanted to pick either Joe Leiberman (I think it's spelled "ei") or Tom Ridge. But his campaign manager told him that doing so would turn the Conservative voters against him. Plus, they wanted to win over the women who supported Hillary Clinton. So McCain's campaign manager is the one who ultimately picked Palin, not McCain himself.

Our country might be struggling, but we're still the greatest country in the world. I'm a daughter of the southland and I am proud to be a part of this nation as well as my heritage. I take it personally when someone, such as Palin, questions my patriotism. Good job Joe!
