PT Sound Problem, Engine Whistle..

In views F1, F2 and F3 you hear a whistle sound coming from the engine being the loudest at view F2, while in views F4 and F5 you hear no whistle at all, its a whistle or a bell or something making the rev sound distorted, its been suggested its my speakers, if it was my speakers you wouldn't hear it from my recording device. I don't think its my sound card because you don't hear any problems anywhere else. This has happened since Eleanor testing.

its a sound in the game its normal. every one hear this sound.
