BlazePro Joystick not working

I bought a BlazePro Joystick from Datablitz. It turn out it was not working so I returned the item to Datablitz. After 2 to 3 weeks, they replaced the old one with a new one. But when I tested it again still not working on my PS3. I recorded it so I can show it to Datablitz the items they are giving to the customers. Take note that I want to use the Joystick controller for 1Player not for versus mode or 2Player mode. I want to enjoy the game using the Stick on a computer versus not on a PLAYER vs mode.

I tested the second joystick NeoGeo and still it is not working as well. The technician said that I can use the joystick for 2nd player mode again.
