At an overhang of 120mm with an 8mm cutter, things like this are possible...

And many plastics are very abrasive screwing up your cutting edge...

And these techniques can be applied to anything...

I think you have not seen many softwares. Mastercam is low end. Check out NX, Edgecam, Gibbscam, too name just a few

I agree. Mastercam paths usually bomb when compared with paths from softwares like Edgecan or Gibbscam. Mastercam is good for beginners.
