Wow, that's an TV ad in Cantonese. The man (with the rock on his head) is saying " my head hurts, my head hurts, so much I can't think of anything, it is really painful"
then the voiceover introduces the tablets and says it will relieve the pain for hours so you can concentrate whatever you are doing!
