ladies have there own wedding ceremony. ladies and men dont mixed in big events like this one. However in most weddings the groom along with few men (who are related to the bride) enter the ladies ceremoney ( during which all non related ladies in the event would be waring Hijab). a muslim lady's bueaty can only be exposed to some one whos relative to her (husband,father,brother, uncle,,,,ext)
