  • "One pull of the trigger releases the thunder"...from the cleaning rod. If your shot misses, you get to arrow them as a back up.

  • I am just learning about black powder. This modern iteration looks nice. I admire the olden style single shot black powder pistols too

  • @Grasshopper257 is that what you use?

  • @burkdogg12 If you call traditions they usually say to use a 60 grain load of triple seven fffg loose powder.

  • @hotrodguitar327 its great, shoots real nice. i shot it with one 50 grain pellet, and a hornady 250 grain sabot. i wouldnt take over a 40 yard shot with it. i bought it as a backup to my omega. i just bought the 30 grain triple 7 pellets, and some 245 grain powerbelts. i wont get a chance to shoot it for a bit but i'll let you know how it does.

  • im new to black powder pistols. will one pyrodex pellet and say a powerbelt 240gr. be fine for deer?

  • perfict for deer hunting here in il
