On september 29th 2008 we tracked mountain gorillas in the Mgahinga NP, actually the smallest NP of Uganda but a really nice place! there were 3 silverbacks, 3 male juveniles, and 1 female with a 3weeks old baby
My goodness isn't that a wonderful concept, mum and baby in their natural environment apparently unaware that they were being filmed doing what all Gorillas should be doing living out their natural life cycle in the forests where they were born. What happens when "man" has killed ALL the gorillas where then will they go for "Bushmeat"?? These magnificent creatures are the life blood of all African countries. Let's hope that both mum and baby are NOT taken . Thank you Rangers for all your work.
Their fur is so healthy.
