100g butter = 6 table spoons
200g plain flour = 2 cups
50g sugar = 4 table spoons
100ml water = 6 table spoons
80g sugar = 6 table spoons
100ml milk = 6 table spoons
this the best i can do. it may not be 100% but 90% - 99%:)

@stormonix I don't know what you are saying but this is egg tart, it is different to pastel de nata (portuguese tart) :)

@JOANNEeeM you can get them in most good kitchen stores , also if there is any Asian kitchen/hardware stores. look in your local chinatown :D also you don't have to have those tins a any small tins of that sizes would work , cup cake tin :D

Ah, i tried your recipe. sorry but I really don't like how the crust turned out.. it's not fluffy, instead it's kinda hard, kinda taste like a biscuit :S
