Tong-Gong Wellness Program is based on the principle of Yin and Yang or what we cal Nae-Gong and Wae-Gong. Belonging to the Nae-Gong are the internal exercises such as meditation and breathing techniques. Wae-Gong aspect of the program is focused on the external exercises that include Tong-Gong Health Exercises, Martial Arts, and Yoga.
