@wtf4oh00ddd Dogs are natural swimmers you dont have to teach them. I have a shih tzu amd a german shepherd and i took them fishing with me lol i didnt believe it the gsd was scared to get in the water at first but the shih tzu jumed right in and started swimming lol they have big personalities for such small dogs

Yes all dogs can swim.
But Charlie loves it , I can't keep him out of the pool, December and still jumping in, he's the only dog I know that loves to jump in after his long walk.My other dogs don't like it at all and keep well away from wet Charlie.
