Police doing wrong!?, Charleston, SC

Sunday April 15th, on Folly Beach in Charleston, SC, According to spectators, Police make an arrest without reading rights to the victim, used pepper spray and other unnecessary aggression to make the arrest. When another police officer arrives on the scene, one of the by standers recording the incident, seem to have put his hand up to maybe stop the officer from intruding into his space, not shown on the video, but spectators say the officer used his taser on the spectator and deletes the video from his phone. My views and opinions are not expressed here in any way. I would just like to really know, if there were no injustice taking place here, why would the arriving officer make certain that the evidence (video) was deleted? Maybe just a bad judgement while being caught up in the moment? or more? you be the judge.

Police brutality are you kidding me? He was resisting! What should they do ask more politely? It is people like him that helped to put a ban on alcohol on Folly. You can be hand cuffed and not be arrested by the way. That officer is probably sick and tired of dealing with people you saw in this video

Is this what Folly Beach is like in Mid-April? Going there is two weeks for my honeymoon. Never been, but always heard it is laid back and quiet. This seems anything but, and especially for April. Any suggestions from locals are well respected and appreciated.

As spring time nears the lowcountry once again, 90% of the douchebags in this video (and most of the people commenting on here) will flock to Folly just like they do every year, trying to impress their whorish skanks with their wannabe Jersey Shore attitudes.

Get ready for some beat downs this year, chumps. Locals are taking the beach back this summer. Go to Myrtle if you enjoy acting like the trash that you are.

I think its hilarious when people say "I'm not resisting" or "what did I do" and they are resisting! As they say it! Those people need to step back because it just creates a volitile environment. There is a reason he was arrested
