Sky News - Interview with Penny Wong

Federal Climate Change Minister Penny Wong has flagged a compromise to the issue of climate change in a speech in New York. Under the Rudd government's plan, developing countries would still be expected to adhere to emissions targets, but developing countries would be able to propose their own binding schedule of how and when reductions would be made.

If u r serious about climate change FIRST u need to bring about innovative clean energy sources and phase out dirty ones and encourage business and as well as individuals to move in that direction then simultaneously reduce co2 while not compromising the economy. U cant reduce c02 without find clean 1new means to sustain business production.
