@benniebeeker I'll have you know the name was created ahead of time for the implied feature of Gt replay uploading to youtube. I never signified I was a "master" but intended as a dedicated channel for replay car+music requests.... and when I said "shifting" I meant MANUALLY. (as in with the R2 and L2 buttons) you can shift through whatever gears you want manually while braked, it won't make a difference.
