Monday, November 29th 2010. Pittsburgh Penguins at New York Rangers. Fifteen minutes into the first period, Sidney Crosby slewfoots Ryan Callahan, which, by the rulebook, he should get a penalty for. Ryan Callahan gets two minutes for interference.

Crosby has more leway than any player in the nhl. i like him hes talented but he babied by the NHL. The ref is 20 feet away watching the whole and and never called it. U cant even deny it, thats a slew foot.

Ridiculous, if Avery did a flagrant slew foot like Crosby did, he'd be suspended for 10 games. But when Sid the Kid, Pride of Canada's Gold does it, it's okay - no penalty, no suspension. Callahan kept stickin his arm out because he was too slow. That's why it's interference.
