This guy IS USING AN APPLE omg you ppl are blind. Notice how when he gets dispelled, he never recasts blood. The only reason the blood animation showed is because he had blood on when he used the apple. The apple overides the 12 attack, but the hp reduction still takes place. If you dont believe me, cast blood then use a cider.
